Abstract. Haokip LL, Panmei R. 2022. Lesser-known wild edible plants used by Thadou-Kuki tribe of Indo-Myanmar region, Manipur, India. Biodiversitas 23: 3991-3998. Wild are overlooked groups which forms an integral part the culture and tradition many indigenous communities providing both nourishment variety in diet. The present study is inventory on consumed Manipur. Field survey was carried out five villages three local markets district. documented 73 Thadou tribe. Except for one species each Gymnosperm Pteridophyte, all (71) Angiosperms under 64 genera 43 families. Most cooked vegetable form (45%) while processed fruits (4%) least mode consumption. use like Dysoxylum excelsum, Entada rheedii, Eurya acuminata Erigeron canadensis as vegetables Meyna spinosa Physalis alkekengi interesting records these species’ usage meager among other tribes northeastern state. It found that most plant resources play a vital role nutritional fulfillment, medicine socio-economic aspects
